It looks like your lighting is off, though. Should be coming from behind her chin or on the left side of the face. The blurring you used for depth is too close and obvious to the focal.
My advice is to use some photo filters and gradient maps to get a more desaturated color tone. 
Also, now that I see it, the random eye on the top left could be smudged out. My eyes just went to it randomly. :S

Overal its pretty decently done and id encourage you to try other types of art than the sig since your beyond the "noob" level. | |
