Thats really quite good man. I think people can learn from this. You might want to think about doing a full tutorial.

However I do believe someone needs to be a harsh critic (I encourage harsh criticism, as long as specific advice is offered), however its relevance in the case of a free PSD is debatable. I better put up some resources of my own, I seem to be falling behind.
